Hired in February of 2023 as an Administrative Assistant, Rachael was inspired by the people around her and worked her way to becoming a full fledged Optometric Technician later that year. She will work with you from exam to glasses, finding the perfect prescription and frames to fit your face and personality.

Hired in 2023, Rachael is the glue that holds this team together by coordinating our busy schedule to best meet the needs of our patients. She does it all with a radiant smile and a kind heart.

Hired in September of 2024, Ashley is our newest Optometric Technician but you would not know it. She strives to learn something new every day and uses that information to help get you the best care during your exam and the best glasses to fit your new prescription.

Hired in August of 2019 as an Optometric Technician, Melissa has worked hard to further her education and become a Certified Paraoptometric Technician, (CPO), as of 2023. With her accumulation of knowledge she will guide you through your exam and help you pick the glasses that perfectly fit your face and the lenses that will keep your eyes safe and comfortable all day.

Hired in May of 2000 as the only Optometric Technician for Dr. Cotter, she has seen this business grow in to the modern era. With this change she accepted more responsibility becoming our beloved Office Manager and glasses connoisseur, in charge of keeping our optical shop filled with the top trends and making sure our patients are getting the best care possible.

Hired in October of 2018 as an Optometric Technician, Kim was certified as a Certified Paraoptometric Technician, (CPO) in December of 2022 and is continuing her education to be the next CPOA. She will be with you start to finish, helping you through your exam and fitting you in to the perfect glasses. The fitting process has never been easier with the help of Kim's expertise.

Hired in July of 2021 as an Optometric Technician, Becca has furthered her education to not just become a Certified Paraoptometric Technician, (CPO), in June of 2023. She has gone above and beyond for the care of our community by passing her Certified Paraoptometric Assistant, (CPOA), in September of 2024. She uses her wealth of knowledge to work with you and the doctor to get you the best vision possible and will help you get the glasses or contacts that will fit your lifestyle.
